The seller did nothing wrong, but all these spare-tire tools designed to allow access to the spare-tire carrier assembly, are cheaply made.The problem is, the metal tubing (square on the big ends of tube-sections) is made of very thin metal...and when you attach the 3 sections together, and insert it into the tube and engage the nut on the cable-carrier, the thin metal tube spreads apart and is then...useless. I have purchased 3 of these from 3 diff. sellers, all 3 are identical in quality.

Item: Universal Rubber Bumper Fits 1/4” Hole, Head 1/2” O.D x 5/16” was shipped via USPS and was packaged sufficiently so as to not obtain any damage during shipping. Item arrived within the timeframe specified and is exactly as advertised (25ct in a ziplock bag) Rubber is very pliable but firm with no signs of cracking or tearing. Surfaces are very smooth, not at all rough or cheaply made.
