Exactly as depicted and described. However, not a direct bolt-on to the stock Cat; the stock cat has a three-bolt flange whereas the 3inch Skunk2 exhaust has a two-bolt flange; other sizes of this exhaust will have a three. Its meant to be bolted together with the tri-Y Skunk2 Alpha headers. I had to take it to the shop to change the stock cat to have a two-bolt flange. Overall, the exhaust sounds sick, i love it, well worth the buy.
