You pay a low price and you get what you pay for
It’s not tight. It’s as good as it’s price. I mounted it on a full size wheel and tire and it’s still loose. After I got it as tight as I could. It’s not flexible or elastic.. just vinyl.

It didn't tell me it was for a jeep until after I bought it ! I said I was looking for a spare tire cover for a 05 Rav 4 ! Its way to big and I pulled the string as far as it will go and still to big !

The picture makes it look like a nice fitting cover but it's not.Most covers are Vinyl with elastic to hold it on. This cover is a nylon cloth with a draw string.
