The new Corvette (C8) is out, and it is better than ever. It is slick and shiny but most importantly, it is lightning fast. So, what happens when this shiny new Corvette gets a pair of twin turbochargers strapped to it? That’s what we are going to find out tonight – on the street.

The competition will be impressive. Contenders will include an E40 tuned BMW M3, a fleet of E85 tuned Nissan GT-Rs with a full arsenal of bolt-ons, a turbocharged Chevrolet Silverado with a 5.3-liter engine and a 6-speed manual transmission. There is a Payne tuned Toyota Supra with a stock turbo. He’s running a kit of nitrous too. Also on hand are a turbo V6 Ford Mustang and a Dodge Charger Hellcat with full bolt-ons.

The Nissans and the BMW go at it in multiple hits before the C8 Corvette lines up against the turbo Silverado. From the jump, the Silverado takes the lead in the first hit. He easily gaps the C8. The second hit goes a bit differently with the Corvette getting some payback.

The Supra beats up on the V6 Mustang and the Hellcat before a V10 Audi R8 rolls onto the scene. The Audi gets used by a third GT-R in drag and roll races. Total humiliation.
