McLaren 650S VS Lamborghini Aventador

This video, which was recorded on a closed airstrip, depicts a McLaren 650S going head to head with a Lamborghini Aventador. This is roll racing between two of the premier supercars of the day. While the Lamborghini looks pretty menacing in all black, we know that the 650S is also a predator of astronomical proportions.

McLaren calls the 650S an entry level car, and it costs only a shade over a quarter-million-dollars. It is equipped with a 3.8-liter twin turbocharged V8 engine that produces 641hp, mated to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission. Zero to sixty can be achieved in less than 3-seconds. The Aventador boasts a 691hp, 6.5-liter V12 engine, a seven-speed automatic transmission, and all-wheel drive. Same 0 to 60 mph time but the Lamborghini costs a little over $400,000 but you may opt for a $6,500/month lease. Sounds like a close contest. Take a look for yourself.
