Crushing Street Beef LA Style – 200 MPH Street Hits

November 18th, 2024

When 1320 Video rolls into Tinsel Town, things get really hot. In a surreal scene right out of the Fast and the Furious, gobs of top tier street racers have crowded into a multi-level parking structure for a driver’s meeting. The E85 fumes are nearly as thick as the anticipation. There are brands here from across the globe – Lamborghini, Hellcat, Audi, Supra, Corvette, EVO and Ford are all well represented. There are even some speedy street bikes on hand. With approximately sixty vehicles in attendance, this is going to be a wild night.

The first race of the evening is between a MK4 Supra and a MK3 Supra with a 2JZ inline 6-cylinder engine and a 7675 turbocharger. It has a (GM) TH400 automatic transmission. MK3 FTW!

A modified Hellcat (1300hp) in Booger Green is going against an 1100hp Evo for the next race. The Mopar is just too heavy, and the Evo gapped him easily.

After a series of Corvette races, Sheepy Race is called out by a disgruntled loser from the past. Without a dog in this fight, Sheepy falls back on a client for relief. The twin turbo Lambo Huracan owner agrees to race for $1,000 against a modified BMW S 1000 RR bike. The camera car is a twin turbo Audi R8. The Huracan catches the bike on the big end.

Finally settling on a 40 mph to 160 mph race, the Audi and the BMW hit the interstate. Again, the bike runs out of gas or guts near trap speed and the car pulls ahead.

Great night of street racing from the left coast.
