Closed Course Drag Race – BMW M4 CS vs. Lamborghini Sterrato

On the left is the BMW M4 CS. Equipped with a twin turbocharged 3.0-liter inline 6-cylinder engine, the M4 CS is capable of producing 551hp and 479 lb.-ft. of torque at peak RPM. This all-wheel drive BMW can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.4-seconds with a top speed of 187 mph. At a curb weight of 3,902-pounds, the M4 can clear the standing quarter-mile in 10.95-seconds @ 118 mph. The M4 utilizes an 8-speed automatic gearbox with launch control.
In the right lane is the Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato. The rally car inspired Sterrato features a naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10 engine that delivers 610hp and 413 lb.-ft. of torque to all four wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission – with launch control – of course. Tipping the scale at 3,629-pounds, the Huracan Sterrato can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 2.8-seconds and turn the quarter-mile in 10.7-seconds @ 130 mph. Top speed is 161 mph.
