December 29th, 2023

Time to get out on these streets (of Mexico) for some roll racing. Nothing excessive here, these cars have been modified sparingly to maintain their stock/street appeal. Nevertheless, these guys are willing to put it all on the line in exhilarating, pedal-to-the-metal street racing action. Check out these imports.

The Infiniti Q50 is a luxury sedan that believes itself to be a sports car. Equipped with a lively twin turbocharged V6, it’s easy to understand why. In factory condition, the Q50 Red Sport can make 400hp and 350 lb.-ft. of torque at peak RPM. The Q50 can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.5-seconds with a top speed of 155 mph. At a curb weight of 4,980-pounds the Q50 can turn the standing quarter-mile in 13-seconds @ 109 mph. The all-wheel drive Q50 featured in this video has been modified with a full assortment of aftermarket performance bolt-ons and an E70 tune. It has also undergone a certain degree of weight reduction.

In the other lane is the rear-wheel drive BMW 340i with its turbocharged 3.0-liter inline 6-cylinder engine. Capable of producing 382hp and 369 lb.-ft. of torque, the 340i can blast through the standing quarter-mile in 13.3-seconds @ 106 mph. Top speed is 157 mph and the 4,565-pound BMW can accelerate form 0 to 60 mph in 3.8-seconds. This Beemer has been modified with aftermarket exhaust downpipes and an E50 tune.

The time for lip smacking is over, let’s get ready to rumble.
