700WHP Cadillac CTS-V Sedan vs. BMW, EVO, Mustang, Corvette ZR1 and more

June 19th, 2024

We’ve got more street racing from south of the border this evening as a modified Cadillac takes on all comers. Giving off a gunslinger vibe, the Caddy is low and mean. Cloaked in black with an exhaust note that resonates like thunder, this sedan is ready for roll racing action.

Under the hood of the CTS-V is a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine prepped to yield 650hp in factory condition. Not satisfied with the stock arrangement of his Cadillac, this racer made some modifications. Upgrades include a full accoutrement of aftermarket bolt-ons, a performance thump stick (camshaft) and an E85 tune. This bad Cad is now laying down 700hp to the rear wheels.

Our Cadillac will be rolling out against a Ford Mustang with a Paxton blower in the first race. The Ford takes the early advantage and walks away easily. Mustang FTW.

Next up for the Caddy is a boosted EVO claiming 500+whp. This will be a 50 mph roll followed by a 40 mph roll. As expected, the CTS-V wins both races handily.

The third race for the Cadillac involves a BMW M6 claiming 700whp. It took this Beemer owner at least three hits to discover that he ain’t making 700 to the wheels. Oh, well back to the drawing board.

Tons more street action here. Check it out.
