My 2004 chevy silverado Z71 5.3L with the flowmaster original 40 series two chamber muffler. si/so Exhaust. All i did is i swapped out the old muffler and put this one in to replace it with additional piping of course. Which means the piping i believe is 2 3/4. Enjoy!
Flowmaster 40 Series Dual Outlet - 2001 Silverado
Not to be that guy, posting my truck on youtube, but figured I'd put this
on here for people trying to find an Exhaust they like.

Fabtech 6" suspension lift if you were curious.
Flowmaster 40 series Exhaust with dual
NOT a true dual system. Couldn't afford it at the time, but would like to
upgrade someday.. maybe.
Update: Getting new cats here soon and probably going to straight pipe from
the cats back when I do. I'll upload a new video of that when I get it

2010 Silverado 5.3L with Flowmaster 40 Series
Be sure to listen to this video on a good set of speakers. I watched my
video for the first time on a laptop and you loose a lot.
Stock muffler replaced by Flowmaster 40 Series Original (430402) muffler.
Single in/dual out with both oulets turned down just after the muffler. No
other mods to Exhaust or engine. Most
of the sound is at idle and pulling away. On the highway in 6th gear it's
only slightly louder than stock. If you're pulling a trailer and find
yourself in 5th or lower it can howl a bit, but nothing that prevents you
from talking normally.
Here is a video of the AFM kicking in.

My 2006 Silverado with Flowmaster 40 series
This is my 2006 Silverado with a Flowmaster 40 series, 3" in, 2-1/2" out.
I had them to hide the pipes under the rear fenders with just a little
peeping out from the sides. I was tired of my "quiet" truck... if it's got
a big V8.. it needs to sound like it!!

** Please Subscribe** I just put on a Flowmaster Super 44 muffler single
