this is how to fix the a/c problem is this style of van. the symptoms of this problem are the air will only blow out of the defrost and floor, which causes poor heating and cooling. with a little of your time, this is a cheeap fix, less than $10.

When I made this video the adapter was quit expensive but the price has fallen a great bit now. You can pick up the digital signal converter for under $30 now.
2008 Honda Civic EX nav -- Alpine/OEM Car Audio System
This video shows the system I had installed in my 2008 Honda Civic EX w/navigation. I wanted to keep the stock touch screen head unit for appearance as well as bluetooth / mp3 support. My installer got me hooked up with the JL Cleansweep OEM integration unit, which basically ensures that the stock HU puts out a very clean loud signal for the aftermarket amps, its not like using a line out converter or any of that bs. Overall I am really pleased with the system, it ends up going a lot louder than I would ever need to listen to it.
