First trail run after build-up of my jeep with a Cummins 4BT engine. This was at Moab this year at the Easter Jeep Safari. Not a very good video, but somebody wanted to see it actually move. First jeep (white) is a stock wheelbase, whereas mine is stretched to 105"(12" stretch). Second part shows me killing it trying out different gears on the climb.

1999 Jeep Wrangler with a 4BT Cummins diesel, NV4500 "5"speed and 3.07
gears. We have put 50,000 miles on it after the conversion and it has ran
GREAT!! 28-32 miles per gallon. Total conversion took us 5 weekends to
complete, fit like a glove with a 2.5" lift. Water to air Intercooler (would do a Air to air next
time).At 70 miles per hour the engine is turning about 1800 rpm (checked
with a pulse meter tach.)I use the original jeep transfer case behind the
NV4500, just needed to change input shaft. I was really aiming for the best
mileage when I built this since we both have long freeway commutes to

Moab Easter Jeep Safari 2010 Moab Rim Trail in a Willys Jeep
Easter Jeep Safari 2010. Taking my Willys MB on the Moab Rim Trail. I did
this last year with my JK so I let my buddy the "Troublemaker" from
Illinois have a little fun. Only the V8 engined Jeeps made it to the top of
the Sand Dune at max throttle. The MB did it at half power!! Go to

This Jeep TJ had a 4bt Cummins diesel engine and man it was pretty awesome.
It isn't often you see a rock crawler with a diesel engine. Big credit to
this guy for thinking outside the box.
Part 89 jeep , part 89 dodge cummins , with rockwell axles, 727 3speed
tranny, np205 transfercase, full hydraulic steering from Real pump mounted
in the accessory drive of the cummins where the old power steering was, 49
IROKS, Racerunner coilovers with 22'' of travel, engine is putting around
350/700t. It is custom built by my self and some friends(the owner). It has
been seen at Larry Joe Taylor, Mustang Island(Port aransas) spring
break and at the mud fest around San Antonio ( were it won mud bog).
