Took the Drag Rabbit out to GRR for a day of Auto-crossing. I was a bunch of fun although the course was short.

my megasquirt convertion runs!
This is the second time my MS&S Extra equiped VW 9A engine runs. It is using a Ford coil pack, which is directly driven from the MS. After correcting some wrong wiring and loose ground connections, I was able to start the engine in just 2 attempts. This is also an engine convertion project, I will use this engine in my 1986 VW transporter syncro. You may see the adapter plate which I made between the engine and the bus bellhousing. The starter is a bus item too.
