1972 Vega Wagon 1st Drive
Just got my 1972 Vega Wagon going after a lot of work. Currently running open headers. It has a small block 350 and a TH350 Transmission. 12-bolt rear-end and 5 lug front end conversion.

This is the run I made right after the big wheelie pass (see my other vids to see that run). This pass was made with 4 primary header tubes collapsed to about half their original size as a result of coming down from the wheelstand the run before. I still haven't raised the shift point yet. Still short shifting at 7,000rpm.

1977 Chevrolet Vega Wagon H/R4180.. Most people wouldnt think of making a station wagon in to a drag car.. But this one isnt some grocery getter youd want to mess with! I painted this car a few years ago, It has been a race car for about 15 years and really had the scars to prove it. I repaired some fiberglass damage and removed LOTS of old paint, then added a custom scheme that was intended to work with any sponsorship logos on the doors and side of the car. It is still tearing up the tracks around texas!
