This sizzling black and orange 1979 Camaro is a documented, numbers
matching Z28 that is fresh out of a top-notch restoration which combines
the best virtues of originality with straight body and a fresh interior.
Built in Van Nuys, California and delivered to William H. Stahl Chevrolet
in Southampton, Pennsylvania this 1979 Z28 looks flat out sinister in its
slick coat of correct GM code 19 black paint. During its 32 years of
careful and limited road time, this F2 has never been wrecked,
significantly damaged in any way or torn apart for itemized repairs.
Recently, the car was fully restored to better than new condition and
presents exceptionally straight panel alignment which lends the fresh gloss
black basecoat/clearcoat a straight and smooth sheen from panel to panel.
Pop the hood on this cool '79 F-body and you'll find the cars original LM1
350 cubic inch small block V8! Mechanically, this 350 is a great sounding
motor that has been immaculately maintained throughout its entire
existence. Visually, it's a clean piece in a highly correct engine
compartment that presents extremely well. Just below the hood, a satin
black air cleaner pipes cool air into a correct Quadrajet carburetor that's
equipped with a correct yellow spring. Below that carburetor, the engine
block displays GM's traditional corporate blue paint from its intake to its
oil pan and sends Exhaust through
original cast iron Exhaust manifolds
that still retain their factory heat shields. At the back of the motor, a
correct Delco-Remy HEI distributor sends fire through gray suppression plug
wires, and at the front of the motor, a new battery and fresh cables join
correct hoses, correct clamps and fresh V-belts to provide rock solid
Underneath this Camaro,
straight and solid floorpans are bolted to a clean 32 year old chassis over
an original 3-speed turbo-Hydramatic
automatic transmission and a correct option GU6 10 bolt Posi-traction rear
axle with performance biased 3.42 gears. If you're a Chevrolet fan, then
you know any time an F option code is listed on the build sheet, it means
some serious suspension upgrades. According to this Camaros build sheet, it is
equipped with the Z28 specific F41 special suspension which for 1979, added
higher rate springs, stiffer valved shocks, and a thick rear sway bar. That
aggressive handling package is further augmented by correct J50 power front
disc and power rear drum brakes and factory equipped power steering. At the
center of the car, a fresh mandrel bent dual Exhaust system makes good use of an H-pipe and
factory replacement mufflers; and at the back of the car a new stainless
fuel tank sends fuel through new stainless fuel lines. Torque flows to the
pavement through beautifully restored 15 inch GM turbine wheels that wear
modern 225/70 BF Goodrich Radial T/As at all four corners.
This Camaro's well
maintained GM code 74R Carmine Red interior looks good and feels great. The
custom cloth seats benefit from firm padding and solid frames that are in
excellent shape, and great looking reproduction carpet is protected by
correct front and rear factory optioned floor mats. On the roof, a tight
headliner frames a round dome light that, along with all of the other
factory optioned accessory lights, works like brand new. Between the seats,
a red full length console houses a correct factory shifter in front of
chrome switches for the cars optional power windows. In front of the
shifter, a soft and warp free dash houses new for 1979 gauges above
controls for the cars HVAC system and a date correct radio. At the sides of
the seats, stainless trimmed door panels feature cool "Z28" emblems along
with stainless trim, chrome door handles and like-new door grabs. The
simulated rope steering wheel looks perfect atop its red tilt column, and
behind the rear seats, you'll find a restored trunk that contains a correct
14 inch Stowaway spare tire.
With an original numbers matching drivetrain and a killer color
combination, this '79 Z28 is the kind of car that you can drive and show
off for years while watching its value grow. Call, click or visit

Be sure to check us out on Facebook at:
I thought you'd like a look at this very clean 1969 Chevy Nova SS, so we
decided to take it for a spin. This car is powered by a performance built
396 Big-block, topped with Edelbrock aluminum heads, Performer RPM intake,
and a 4 BBL Carb. All that power is being sent through a four-speed manual
trans and believe me, this thing will really fly. The Cortez silver paint
is very slick, the interior looks like new, and it's riding on a set of
rally wheels, with BF Goodrich tires. This car is extremely well built and
it's ready to go. I hope you find it interesting, thanks for taking a

1966 Chevy 2 Nova and other projects...
We just picked this up in Monroe Louisianna.
We're going to have to store it a while,
before we can get around to building it.
Plus we have to round up a lot of parts.
1966 Chevy II Nova Duece--FOR SALE
Its no secret; these once little abundant rockets are now becoming more
scarce than their bigger brother and sister cars. Throughout the years of
drag racing and heavy street modifications, these once mighty mouses are
now far and few between.
This little Burnt Orange Nova is absolutely gorgeous! It is fresh out of
our paint shop and sitting pretty. The roller rockers have been readjusted
and tuned up to put you back in the seat quickly. She will run or cruise
to your nearest show, cruise in, or taking the better half for a night out
on the town. There is not enough "thumbs up" in the world when you cruise
in traffic in this little Deuce.
The car houses a Holley Dual Feed Carb, Hooker headers, MSD ignition
upgrade, power brakes, Weld Wheels, Dual Exhaust, Aluminum Intake, BeCool Aluminum
Radiator with polished fan shroud, new style gauge dash and underneath
looks newer than the day it rolled off the line. What a great car!

1966 Nova Wagon: TAPOUT Terror - /BIG MUSCLE
• Tim "SkyScrape" Katz
Most people who want to go road racing don't start off in a 48-year old
station wagon. However it you're Tim "SkyScrape" Katz, the co-founder of
"TAPOUT" you just say "F*CK IT", and build a wagon with the big 'ole V8
engine, a basketball size turbo, a roll
cage and four racing seats so the family can come along for the ride. Tim's
1966 Chevrolet Nova Wagon was built in his garage and is anything but
stock. Sure it's got some trick parts, but if you think it's a high-dollar
resto-rod, think again as Tim's not only one helluva wrench, but one of the
most die-hard car guys you're ever likely to meet.

1967 Chevy Nova SS, Concours Restoration, Numbers Matching, For Sale!!
1967 Chevy Nova SS, Concours Restoration, Numbers Matching, For Sale!!
We are pleased to sell the spectacular, no expense spared restoration of a
rust free California car. This is a numbers matching, fully restored Nova
SS in the original colors and configuration but with the finest performance
and convenience upgrades money can buy, such as: Hot Rod air conditioning,
Heidt's front end, power front disc brakes, tilt wheel, CD stereo, etc.
This is a nearly 100 point restoration as you can see by the detailed
photos. This is absolutely a no-excuses motorcar.
A restoration to this level would normally cost in excess of $100,000. The
restoration shop was MB Services in Murrieta, CA. The restorers there are
professionals we have used on our personal cars over the years, including
preparation of several cars we have shown at the Pebble Beach Concours.
The restoration was completed a few years ago and it only has a few hundred
miles since completion; basically to take it to a couple local shows. It
drives beautifully and is fully sorted. The paint has seven coats of
primer, all carefully and beautifully wet sanded for a fabulous base for
the paint. The interior is an exact reproduction of the original interior
that was on the car before restoration. And it looks stunning!!
This car has the original 327 cu in V8 that has been upgraded to
approximately 360 hp. The transmission has been upgraded to a turbo 400 and the wheels are the classic American
Racing wheels- a great choice for this Nova SS. There is not a nut or bolt
that has not been restored or replaced on this car.
The 1967 Chevy 327 Nova SS's are pretty rare and almost never bought up to
this level of restoration. If you are looking for a top quality, concours
restoration of a fully documented car, this may be your car.
