twin engine Dodge Rampage video
Twin engine dodge rampage.. started as something to play with.. but now
looks like i am going to build it for real using another rampage that isnt
rusted.. and make it mush cleaner with shelby charger front end
my 1983 Dodge Rampage with 99 neon DOHC
my own personal project truck i have had since 2001. i am going with a 99
dodge neon DOHC 2.0 liter with a close ratio 5 speed trans. 97 neon k
frame, and all suspension except for the struts, those are 86 shelby
charger. truck should be fun. 150 horsepower, 7,000+rpm
redline, mid 20's to around 40 mpg. This truck it 200-250 lbs lighter than
a 2 door neon. i will post more as i do more to it. thanks for watching!
Dodge Rampage update 2-18-11
The Rampage is ALIVE!
It was in the 60's here today, so I finished up the flexplate on the
Rampage and got it running, and MOVING. Not going to say driving, since I
only pulled it out of the garage, cleaned the garage, and put it back in.
One thing, the engine sounds like CRAP. I honestly don't even know if
there's any oil getting to the top end of the engine from what it sounds
like. This thing doesn't even have an oil *light* let alone a gauge. This
was the engine out of the parts rampage, and I hadn't even intended on
keeping it, let alone putting it in the truck and trying to start it. It
had been sitting outside for about 5 years, on its side, exposed to the
weather. I think I'm going to at least put some "new" used oil in it when
I change the oil in the Imperial. At least I can move it now, so I can
start on the body work when the weather gets a bit consistent.
1984 Dodge Rampage Restoration part 1
First video of the work I'm doing on the Rampage. The first goal is to get
the (presumed) broken flexplate replaced and get it running. After pulling
the rad and removing the inspection cover on the transmission, I found that
the flexplate is not broken. All three bolts have come out of the torque
converter and are jammed between the flexplate and the engine. It took me
about four hours to get all of the bolts out, and it was starting to get
dark, so I just gave up for the day and will work on it more on Friday.
2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat: 707 Horsepower? Hell Yeah! – Ignition Ep. 116
On this episode of Ignition, presented by Universal Technical Institute,
Carlos Lago drives the most powerful production muscle car on the market:
The Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. While it isn’t the most powerful
production V-8 in the world (which loses to the $1 million McLaren P1 by 20
hp before electric motors), the Hellcat’s 707 hp rating seems too
incredible to believe -- especially when you consider the cost. The
question is whether this Challenger has any brain to go along with its
extreme brawn. Through a trip to the Dyno, the test track, the road,
and a standing mile, we find out.
Ignition appears every other Monday on the Motor Trend youtube channel.

2015 Charger Hellcat vs Challenger Hellcat Mashup Review: The Fast Lane Car Episode # 1
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The Fast Lane Car Episode #1 (TFLC1) is an
automotive punch to the gut featuring the ultimate TFLcar Mashup. What the
707 HP Hellcat should you buy: the 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat or the
2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat?
Roman finds out but that's not all.
Nathan reviews the 2015 Subaru Outback off-road and gets it very dirty,
dusty and a sadly little damaged, plus we let Indy Car race car driver
Justin Wilson onto the TFL test track to see just how fast and capable the
2015 supercharged Jaguar F-Type Coupe R is in the hands of a professional
race race driver.
But that's not all. Emme takes BMW 3-series onto an ice rink to see how
snow tires compare to all season tires.
All that and much more is coming up right now on TFLC1.
