1972 Datsun 240Z run. (One last good time before I sold it)
Right before I sold it...
Clicking noise is a leak in the balancing tube (welded day after this
video) Some sloppy shifts due to slack in the rear end and un-adjusted
clutch with cracked clutch arm bracket.
I loved/love this car! So much fun to drive...
240Z vs. the Ozark Mountains
Some [conservative] horseplay in my 1971 3.1L 240Z before putting my new
race motor away for the winter. This is NOT a performance driving video,
just some fun on an awesome road.
This is first time I've driven the road, so I'm a little more confident
after 3:00. (I found it on Google Earth then trailered my car there.)
Some highlights, since it's not exactly a concise video:
1:55 downhill stretch, crossing Beaver Lake
2:40 more aggressive driving begins
4:00 scared myself a bit
4:40 traffic encountered
5:00 engine vs. open highway

[HD] Best Racing Finishes 2012
Trying something new for this video, a 30+ minute compilation. Like it?
Don't like it? Let me know in the comments below. I want to apologize to
all the NASCAR haters ahead of time, but it's not my fault that NASCAR had
a lot of great finishes in 2012. Also, I can't post F1 or MotoGP clips or
they will be taken down. I rest my case.

The Datsuns' 'Supergyration' & S30 Z-Car Tribute
Fasten your seat belt and get ready to haul ass. S30 Z cars own the road
on the track, street and strip.
This music is not my property and is being presented here for entertainment
purposes only. 'The Datsuns' are a popular hard rock band from New Zealand
who debuted in the year 2000. 'Supergyration' is one of their earliest
songs, which was also released as a hit single.

450hp LS1 1978 Datsun 280Z
One of the coolest imports I've had the opportunity to see in action, this
extremely streetable 1978 Datsun 280z takes it's first trip to the drag
strip to do some testing. The car has an LS1 with heads, cam, and FAST
intake manifold putting down around 450 wheel horsepower! Best 1/8 mile
time was 7.11 for the night.
360HP STAR ROAD DATSUN FAIRLADY S30Z WALKAROUND
Come and take a closer look at Star Road's insane L28 powered S30Z Fairlady
that is literally the perfect mix of both the old and new schools. I walk
you around the car, showing you the immense amounts of detail that have
gone into it. It is currently developing a screaming naturally aspirated
360hp, revs to 8000rpm and includes one of the most impressive engine bays
you will ever see including a special custom carburettor/injection setup
that is monitored by MoTec engine management and a full Defi system.
You would struggle to find a better modern take on a classic like the
Fairlady anywhere else on the planet.

This is the RB30 powered "Carbon Z" built by Rocky Auto Japan.
I edited out most of the interviews and tried to keep it car-porn only.
