1957 Chevy 283 Fuelie FI Corvette Duntov 097 Camshaft Engine Cold Start Up
This is a completely rebuilt 1957 283 with factory fuel injection. The injection has been completely restored and updated by Chuck Smith. It has the stock 3736097 Duntov mechanical lifter camshaft. The original power pack heads have been ported and polished with larger 1.85x1.50 valves.

283 supercharged sbc .030 over, 12% overdriven, Rhs heads, Lunati solid flat tappet 632 lift, balanced, forged, two 600 holleys. Engine has to be partly taken apart later to be painted and finish polishing, just wanted to hear it, while I am getting my 57 chevy ready. I also have a 458 c.i. set up like this small block but gas will be a little cheaper besides this little fast reving sbc sounds really kool, I think I am going to like it.
