Fast Autobahn acceleration test with a 2013/2014 Opel (Vauxhall) Corsa OPC
(VXR) as the special Nürburgring Edition and its 1.6 turbo with 210hp/250Nm. The 0-100 km/h time is
probably slighlty above the claimed acceleration but I found it quite hard
to shift from 1st to 2nd gear at higher revs than 5.000. But the pull from
50 - 200 km/h is really astonishing for a small car like this, especially
because the power gets better the higher you rev it. So the characteristics
of this engine are very close to a naturally aspirated one and peak power
AND torque! are right below 6.000 rpm. Enjoy this footage and please watch
