Honda VTX 1300C Vance and Hines Big Shots exhaust sound
I wanted to show the comparison before/after with the Honda VTX 1300c. This is the after video with Vance and Hines Big Shots pipes. This video sound really doesn't do them justice as there is a HUGE difference in reality.
2008 Honda VTX 1300R Hole Saw Exhaust Modification
This video includes footage from before the modification, footage of the
modification on one of the Exhaust,
and the results of the modification. The video really does not do this
modification justice, if you have a subwoofer be sure to turn it up as the
modification results in a very deep Exhaust tone
VTX 1300 HK 3" Pipes Exhaust
This is a video clip I made of what my pipes sound like both from behind
the bike & while riding.
They are Hard Krome (HK) 3" long pipes.
A pair valve removal is basically removing the Cadillac converter in a
motorcycle. Just allows for less gurgling and deaccel pop on aftermarket
I did not install an aftermarket air filter & I did not rejet the bike.
I highly recommend checking out the forums at www.vtxoa.com in order to
read tons about VTX's and for links and comments about other vtx
Also on that site you will find VTX Rider Groups for each state which will
bring together fellow riders for those who really want to hear what other
Exhausts sound like.
Enjoy! And thanks for the great comments.
VTX 1800 Sideburner
Sideburner Exhaust on a VTX 1800R
TURN IT UP! The first clip is with the SmartPartz baffle installed. At
about 1:20 I remove the baffle after removing the screws. Toggle the slider
to compare the sound. Thanks for looking.
Suzuki Boulevard M50 - Vance & Hines Cruzers - Power Commander - K & N Air Filter
This video shows the results of fuel system modifications made to my M50
back in December 2009. All parts were purchased from Fuel Moto
(http://www.fuelmotousa.com/) in one of their "Power Packages." My first
step was installing the Vance & Hines Cruzer pipes. Myself and a friend
were able to install these in about an hour. A few weeks later I had the
Power Commander/K & N Air Filter installed. Finally, I was able to get it
Dyno tuned a couple of
weeks later (done by Kevin Hunt @ KWS Motorsports in North Charleston, SC).
The best Dyno run
returned 49.7 SAE HP & 48 SAE Torque (ft-lbs). Which is an increase of
5.61 HP and 5.17 ft-lbs of torque from the stock configuration.
