Third and final race of the 2012 Spring Classic in GT Challenge. Finished 4th overall and 1st in GTB class. This time there was a real battle in the GTB class with an Acura NSX and a Viper ACR-X. I got the lead in class early but was passed by the Acura and closely followed by the Viper until I finally got the lead back to the checkered flag. Clean racing and great fun !

Le Circuit Mont Tremblant Enduro #3, September 2011
This is a summary of a 55 minutes "gentlemen" Race (no passing on the start until corner 5 and passing with point by) with a 5 minutes mandatory pit stop. Grid position was based on the previous race which I couldn't do so I started 15th (finished 6th). Lot of slower traffic to deal with so the fast cars up front builded a large gap. By the time I reached some of them, the race was over... This was great fun anyway and I couldn't race this season so it was a good practice before real racing next weekend for Tremblant Fall Classic !

http://whi.ch/bmw3seriesGT Even though the 3 Series has been around since 1975, the GT is BMW's first hatchback version of its big seller. Based on a stretched 3 Series platform, it is longer, taller and wider than other 3 Series models.
If creating a roomy car rather than a bijou style statement isn't enough of a departure for BMW, it's also given the GT a focus on comfort -- hence the GT's name, which stands for Gran Turismo.
While the 3 Series GT's bespoke bumpers, headlights and grille are generally admired, the rear end of the GT is proving more controversial. It's large, bulbous and tall, and that divides opinion on the hatchback.

The BMW F30 series is the sixth generation of the BMW 3 Series range of compact executive cars. The car will also be available as a touring (designated as F31) in the fall of 2012. It is the successor to the E90 model and was unveiled by automaker BMW on October 14, 2011 in Munich, Germany. The world premier was broadcasted live over the internet through Facebook.[6] It was released as a 2012 model and has been on sale since early 2012. The F30 sedan was launched on February 11, 2012 by BMW Press.
The BMW 320d Efficient Dynamics is the most widely used vehicle in the London 2012 Olympics due to BMW's official partnership.[7] New for 2012 is the introduction of a four-cylinder engine for North America since the 318i of the late 1990s.[8] The new 3 Series is also the first to introduce the new BMW face, with flat headlights reaching the BMW kidney grille.
Also for the first time, the 3 Series features five different "lines", or trim levels. Each "line" includes its own unique details:
The Base/SE model offers standard equipment and aluminum interior trim. The keyfob for the car is black with an aluminum accent. This allows the owner to customize his or her own 3 Series without picking a package.
The Modern Line offers wood interior trim, leather seating surfaces, and the car's keyfob has a black-colored accent.
The Luxury Line offers wood interior trim, luxury leather seating surfaces, and the keyfob for the car is oyster gray (light beige) with an aluminum accent.
The Sport Line offers sporty details, sports leather seating surfaces w/ red stitching, and a black keyfob with a red-colored accent.
Finally, the M Sport Line offers M-inspired details, sports leather seating surfaces w/ light blue stitching, and a black keyfob with a light blue-colored accent.
M Sport Package
Will feature interior and exterior features found on BMW M models. The M package is ordered since May 2012. Exclusively for the M package, the vehicle can be delivered in Estoril blue color. The front and rear apron is quite different from the other models. The technical equipment features a sports suspension with 10mm lowering count (also available separately), and the optional "M-sport brake" with blue calipers.

All this is supposed to attract new customers, not able to choose between the sedan and the estate versions. This is my first drive during the official launch in Sicily, Italy.

Acura is running "Transactions", during the third quarter of the 2012 Super Bowl game, campaign includes a pre-game release of a 1-minute 50-second—extended version of "Transactions," PR initiatives, search, seeding and paid media placements.
The Transactions campaign was developed at RPA, Los Angeles, by executive creative director John Hage, head of art Phillip Squier, associate creative director/copywriter Jon King, art director Brian Hall, executive producer Jack Epsteen, along with production writers Jerry Seinfeld, Barry Marder, Chuck Martin, Spike Feresten and Bob Einstein.
Filming was shot by director Craig Gillespie via MJZ with director of photography Emmanuel Lubezki.
Visual effects were produced at Eight VFX. Editor was Kim Bica at Arcade Edit. Sound was designed at Mit Out Sound by sound designer Ren Klyce.
