2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat: The Most Powerful Sedan In The World! - Ignition Ep. 122
On this episode of Ignition, presented by Tire Rack, Carlos Lago tests the most powerful sedan money can buy: The 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat. Much like the Challenger Hellcat, this Charger packs an astonishing 707 hp from its supercharged 6.2-liter V-8. It is as absurd as it is functional, thanks to its two additional doors and comfortable backseat. But to find out if this sedan can do more than leave two long stripes of burnt tire for miles, we’ll need to run it through our standard set of tests, including a Hot Lap with Randy Pobst. Does the Charger Hellcat offer the same magic that we loved in the Challenger? Find out on this episode of Ignition! @CarlosLago Ignition appears every other Monday on the Motor Trend youtube channel. http://www.youtube.com/motortrend Subscribe now to make sure you're in on all the action! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsAegdhiYLEoaFGuJFVrqFQ?sub_confirmation=1 Facebook - http://facebook.com/motortrendmag & https://www.facebook.com/mt.ignition Twitter - http://twitter.com/motortrend & https://twitter.com/mt_ignition Google+ - https://plus.google.com/+motortrend/posts Instagram - @mt_ignition & @CarlosLago Website - http://www.motortrend.com

If Chrsyler can do anything well it is building powerful engines that make others chase the Penstar. Bumper2Bumpertv got a chance to see exactly what a Hemi is capable of with the 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8. It is a retro car that lives up to its heritage!!!

2009 DODGE CHALLENGER SRT8 WITH NOWEEDS.NET EXHAUST DIVERTERS INSTALLED - HD
These are the results after installation of the stainless steel bolt in WWW.NOWEEDS.NET electronic Exhaust diverter system for the 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8. Installation was done on a stock SRT8 while still keeping the factory cats, resonators, mufflers, and SOUND intact. This was filmed at Fairfax, SD. See 2010 Camaro video for more detail as to how the installation is done as it was very similar. This is more of a sound clip video- we will post an installation video later.

2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat: 707 Horsepower? Hell Yeah! – Ignition Ep. 116
On this episode of Ignition, presented by Universal Technical Institute, Carlos Lago drives the most powerful production muscle car on the market: The Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. While it isn’t the most powerful production V-8 in the world (which loses to the $1 million McLaren P1 by 20 hp before electric motors), the Hellcat’s 707 hp rating seems too incredible to believe -- especially when you consider the cost. The question is whether this Challenger has any brain to go along with its extreme brawn. Through a trip to the Dyno, the test track, the road, and a standing mile, we find out. Challenger SRT-8, short-shift
Son: Why are you filming if I don't get to floor it? Me: 'kay, go ahead. Note: This was a dealer-owned car, provided as an all-day demo from an understanding dealer who said "drive it like it's yours." Well, at the time, I was letting my 15-year-old son drive to school on his learner's permit, so it only made sense to let him drive it. We enjoyed it, of course - 400+ hp is always fun - but he had already driven much faster in our Miata on a racetrack than we drove this thing on public roads. Incidentally, a good friend's wife who had spent a few days driving this thing http://il.youtube.com/watch?v=wwCYBbfIj_Yy http://il.youtube.com/watch?v=QSJmDYmB6y4 also tried an SRT-8 with the 6-speed and found it "too slow." I guess that's what happens when you're used to 100 more hp and 1,500 fewer lbs. If you have one of these, enjoy it - they're neat cars, and one of these is its own car show everywhere it goes.
