Many of you have seen this one before. I apologize if bringing it back
Domestickilla gave me a crankshaft, and it's a nice one that I want to
clean up and use again. You'll be seeing a lot of it and because of this,
this video deserves to be here. I fixed what I broke, and this was my

How an Engine Kit is Balanced
The Process of Balancing an Engine Kit is a highly meticulous job. This
video was created for Coast High Performance to give its customers,
followers and racers an idea of what it really takes to balance an engine
kit. The process can easily take a few hours and should only be done by a
properly trained professional.
There is truly an art to balancing and whether its a 28oz, 50oz, internal,

needed to pull off such a feat!
Blueprint 104 - The Crankshaft
It's important to know what you've got even before dealing with the
machinist. If you want to inspect a crankshaft, this is how you do it. I
detail the process of removing the crank and what to measure. All
specifications in this video are illustrated with a 6-bolt 4g63 turbo block, but are all actually the same for
7-bolt engines with the exception of the rod widths.
Static crank balance
Testing static crank balance on a Honda CR 500 after some balancing is
done. The steel bar replacing the piston does weigh 54% of piston.

precise specification that Inline Four holds its engine building standards
to. After watching this video, you will not look at engine building the
same and will want the best for your engine. "Do it right, or don't do it
at all!" =Brandon...out!
