Installed the engine today (April 7, 2012) . The video is at 4X speed, and I cut out about 10 minutes (2.5 minutes at 4X speed) of real time footage.

It's been 11 months since my '66 Beetle arrived from California. Today marks the first time I drove it on the road. It's not done yet, as you can see in the video, but I'm getting close. Pretty exciting!
1966 VW Beetle - Body Removal - One Person - Remove Body Chassis Bug - (2x Speed)
Here's a short video showing the removal of my VW Beetle body from it's chassis. This is the first time I've attempted this solo. In the past, I've done it with the help of friends with each of us on a corner of the car. All things considered, it went pretty well. =) Hopefully someone will learn from my mistakes. The sawhorses are very similar to the ones you'll see in the BugMe videos.

68 Baja Motor is Installed
Finished getting the new motor installed. Electrical is done, but needs some cleaning up and a little re-wiring. Now its time to work on the interior.
