Plasti Dip Acura TL
This video has been re-edited due to a long running time. How to Plasti Dip a car, truck, or SUV. In this video I Plasti Dip a 04 Acura TL This video was done with the Wagner Control Spray Double Duty, original un-thinned Plasti Dip, Xylene, and no pigments. When thinning your own Plasti Dip be sure to use 1 gallon of thinner (Xylene, Toluene, or VM&P) for every gallon of un-thinned Plasti Dip you use. In all my videos I use un-thinned Plasti Dip as an alternative to pre-thinned RDS(Rubber Dip Sprayable). I think the added pigments in RDS are great which is why I add pigments to my own Plasti Dip jobs, but I am able to save about $70 per job by thinning Plasti Dip myself. For full details please visit my web site http://www.iamthepuzzleman.com I buy all my dip products at http://www.awarehousefull.com for the lowest price I have found on Plasti Dip Drop by my Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/IamThePuzzleMan Keep in mind I do not sell Plasti Dip or their products. This is simply a how to video, and my web site is simple instructions of how to Plasti Dip your car, truck, or SUV at the lowest cost that I have found.

Homemade Cold Air intake
1992 Toyota Celica homemade intake -I can't believe how many morons are posting stupidity in the comments. Let me clear up some stuff for those of you and the other intelligent people: 1. This video is from 2001 BEFORE intakes were cheap and widely available. The owner of the car was in high school and didn't have a real income (what would you do?). 2. The breather was from some internet misinformation from back then. That information sounded intelligent at the time. 3. Why would you dump a ton of money into a 9 year old beater? 4. It didn't take as long as it looks. The video was started before the parts were even purchased. That time spent at the store is why it looks long. Parts: 3" PVC piping and rubber fittings, aluminum tape, and a cheap generic cone filter costing roughly $60 total.

How to Customize a Universal Cold Air Intake Filter System - Pep Boys
Spectre Performance demonstrates in this video how to customize a universal cold air intake kit using parts you can find at your local neighborhood Pep Boys. Using universal parts you can simply assemble them in any fashion to create the look you want to make. First we take off the existing air cleaner and install a single 4 inch plenum. Lay the plenum where your air filter was and put it in any direction you like. Screw on the plenum with the existing air filter nut or a custom nut of your choice. You will need couplers that will connect the different intake tubes together that can be turned to mold within your engine compartment. Simply slide on the coupler to the plenum and fit accordingly. Secure the clamp on the coupler to the ridge inside and then you can add additional tubing for the length you desire. Remember not to tighten the clamps too hard, because you may need to move your tubing around until you create a final fit. Rotate and adjust as needed. Attach your air filter to the end of the tubing. You can find inserts that go into the filter to accommodate a 3 or 3.5 inch tube. Once you have the final placement in place, be sure then to go back and tighten all of the clamps to hold the filter system securely in place. The advantages to having a custom air intake filter system located in the front of your engine is that you can take advantage of the air stream and receive colder air going into the intake system instead of the hot air that your standard filter was providing. Customizing your cold air intake system is pretty simple once you know a few simple tricks. Not only will your new custom air intake system look great, but it will increase your engine's overall performance. You can see more of these great DIY'er videos from www.pepboys.com or stop in your local Pep Boys for more information.
