The Corvette Stingray is revealed in Detroit - Autoweek TV with Greg Migliore

The 2014 Corvette Stingray goes on sale this fall. You heard me right, for the first since 1976 a Vette will use the famous Stingray name. Under the hood is an all-aluminum 6.2-liter V8 pushing out 450 hp. You can pair that with a six-speed automatic or seven-speed manual. Stylewise, this looks a bit like the 2009 Corvette Stingray concept. Look closely, and you'll see the taillights and rear windows are big departures from the past. But really, the show is about more than the Corvette. There are plenty of major reveals already. More details on the Corvette Stingray: Let's check out the Mercedes CLA. This car goes on sale this fall, and it's a huge deal for Mercedes. It'll cost about $30,000, and runs a 208-hp turbo four-cylinder engine. The style is what makes this car different. Some say it's a baby CLS. Details on the CLA: We can't forget Lincoln. The MKC concept is out, and it's a good-looking prototype. We're talking an expansive glass roof, curvy wheel arches, big wheels and a pretty blinged-out grille. Look for a production version in 2014. Details on the MKC: Speaking of luxury, the Infiniti Q50 is out. It's replacing the G sedan with new style, steering systems and a new name. Details on the Infiniti Q50: All of this just scratches the surface. Come back to 24 hours a day, and we'll have breaking news from the floor of the show here in Detroit. Enjoy the show, and enjoy the drive.
