*300k VIEW UPDATE!*
Thanks for all the views and subs, guys! I have heard many of your
complaints on this video (being too long, etc.). So to commemorate this
view hitting 300k views, I made a much shorter and condenced video that may
clear up any issues and allow you to share it much easier. I know some
people dont like getting linked to such a long vid! Thanks again guys and
new vids are in the works!
Links to new, short version:
My sisters-in-law take their first ride in my 2006 Subaru Impreza WRX STi.
It is mostly stock except for turbo back
Exhaust, snorkel delete, and Cobb
AccessPort with a stage 2 off the shelf map flash. Plenty to scare the one
that drives a focus. lol guess which one it is.

Subaru SVX abused by TOWTRUCK
Lots of ICE around here still & it ruined the day for the driver of this 92
Subaru SVX. Bad enough he slid into the ditch to avoid another car, but
watching the towtruck guy drag it 30' along the ditch then finally
literally jerk it out was far worse. Notice the long trail of mud in the
ditch. I guess these cars are rather rare, especially the AWD model which
this one is. Very nice car, he drove it away, slightly wounded.
SVX Dyno run (stock)
Note: Okay, I later found out what was wrong with the car and some day I'm
gonna Dyno it again.
Local Subaru Club had a Dyno day and I decided to throw
my SVX on the rollers. Results are not even near of what they should be. I
don't what's wrong but on the road car feels responsive and accelerates as
it should. (Footage is crazy shaky because it was very cold a day to begin
with and then there was these huge blowers to cool the cars).
Subaru SVX Sleeved Block Resurfacing
John Edwards discusses block resurfacing after sleeving a Subaru SVX block,
and the differences between open and closed deck blocks.
