2011 GMC Denali 1500 6.2 Custom True Dual with Flo~Pro muffler by Kinney's.
2011 GMC Denali 1500 Featuring an awesome custom true dual system from
Kinney's muffler shop. At the heart of this unique system is the Flo~Pro
"crossflow" performance muffler. This muffler is a dual in dual out muffler
that allows for the left and right Exhaust banks to equalize internally much like
that of an oversized H-pipe. This equalizing process allows precise Exhaust tune for maximum torque and horsepower. 14 to 16 horsepower and another
mile per gallon will please you almost as much as the clean deep tone
outside with NO drone inside. the finishing touch to this system is a
beautiful set of Quad 4 inch stainless steel tips (custom built by
Kinney's) All of Kinney's custom Exhaust requires the vehicle in house to allow
precise fit and finish. Visit kinneysmufflershop.com for more details. Here
is a 2012 Denali with same system and with interior sound.
558 rwhp Turbocharged GMC Sierra Dyno Run
Update on the truck 7-2-13: The new engine setup is in, tuned, and running.
Geoff @ EPS tuned it and Dyno'd it 2 weeks ago, and we
put down 603 RWHP without methanol. Go to my performancetrucks link to keep
up with the progress. I didnt get any Dyno vids this time, as I was in
the truck watching gauges for every run we made.
Made 558hp/507tq on this run. In this vid, the truck has a 5.3L stock
bottom end, Custom Cam by Geoff at EPS, Comp Dual springs, very lightly
ported heads,Trick Performance front mount 70mm turbo kit, FAST 65lb Injectors, 3" downpipe, Snow
Performance Stage 1 Meth Injection Kit, and open Exhaust after the DP. Dyno and tuning were done by
Geoff Skinner at Engine Power Systems - Baton Rouge, La.
It should be making more toward 600 to the ground, but my fuel pump is
dropping way off at the end of the run and cant keep up. AFR was almost 13
on this run, so its very lean. Next mod will be some type of Booster pump set up.
