www.coyoteclassics.com 1969 Pontiac Firebird: Built 350, 3 speed automatic transmission, power steering, power disk brakes, 400 hood, emblems, hood and in dash tachometer, TA fender scoops along with rear spoiler, new American racing rims, with RWL tires, and headers with dual Exhaust. This Beautiful street machine under went a full sub frame off rotisserie restoration with a full photo album of every stage of restoration this car had and was completed in 1998. One day after completion it took best of show in a Florida car show. It was a complete car that was taken down to the bare shell and every nut and bolt was removed. The motor, transmission, and rear end was also all rebuilt with a mild cam in engine, shift kit in the transmission, and a 10 bolt possi with 342 gears in the rear. This car screams muscle and still looks great today! The paint is still in great shape with a laser straight body and a brilliant finish. The interior in done very nicely with an exception of the dash, in my opinion takes away from the rest of the restoration. The floors, frame, suspension, and trunk are all very solid and nice. This is a car that is ready to jump in and turn heads!
Flawless 1969 Pontiac Firebird 400
Dave Armstrong, the master GM mechanic who keeps my Fiero on the road, did
a frame-up restoration on this flawless, award-winning 1969 Pontiac
Firebird 400. (Quick, all you old-timers. What were the names of the other
Firebird models available that year? No peeking.)
I'm always amazed at his ability to find NOS parts that aren't even being
made anymore by anyone, especially GM.
Dave takes this car to Pontiac shows during the summer; don't miss the
opportunity to see it up close and personal. This video doesn't do it
If you have a GM car (or any other car or truck, for that matter), and you
live in the Chicago area, take it to him. Ace Muffler, 7157 W. Irving Park
Rd., near Harlem/Irving Plaza. (773)282-1444. How good is he? When he
replaced the Iron Duke in my Fiero, his years of experience allowed him to
take the old one out through the top instead of dropping the rear
suspension and drivetrain, as Pontiac recommended. Yes, he knows his
And anyone who would take a car like this into Chicago evening rush-hour
traffic is either very brave or knows that he could build another one just
like it, which he could;) That lap-dissolve at 3:16 was necessitated by a
very rude, very obscene comment and hand gesture by the female passenger in
that Toyota Yaris. Pure jealousy, that's all that was.
That Firebird 400 V8 sound is music. If you have stereo speakers on your
computer, turn them up.
He's also restoring a '69 Pontiac Ventura, which I shot video of and will
be uploading later on.

Me & My 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am on a Fuel Run
On a petrol run through the Oregon coast range to the only station in the

are advised however; there may be a glimpse of one or two toothless
hillbillies. What can I say. This was filmed on location in the mountains
For you motorheads, it's a 1977 400, 4 speed car. For you extreme
motorheads, it is indeed, a rare W72 optioned car.
I love it. My 69 GTO sits in the carport all year long. This T/A is far
more fun to drive.
