Chevy Big Block Camaro 509 "The Grocery Getter"
This is our 80 Camaro
that has been transformed from weak to sick with a 10:1, 509cid solid
roller big block, TH400 with Hughs trans kit, Hughs 3000 stall conv., GM
12 bolt rear with Detroit Tru-Trac and Richmond 3.73 gears all custom built
by me. Frame connectors, and eurothane bushing's throughout stiffened up
the car, Moroso coil springs and Afco rear springs made it all come
together. The fiberglass 4"cowl induction hood keeps it all concealed. We
love the car and cant wait to get it to the 1/4 mile and chassis Dyno to shoot more video's.
