Truck Fest 2013: Smokey Big Rigs Burnouts & Drag Racing Revealed
( http://www.TFLtruck.com ) When you think of a Big Rig Semi...you probably
don't immediately think of drag racing...or do you? This weekend at
Bandimere Speedway just outside of Denver, Colorado hundreds of Big Rig
Semi trucks lined up on the drag strip to see which one is the kind of the
mile high drag strip and which one is the fastest mile high pickup
dragster. Can a big rig run a sub 20 second quarter mile? You bet. Can a
big rig run a sub 15 mile....no problem. Can a Big Rig run a sub 10 second
time? You'll have to watch the video to find out. In another fun and
informative TFLtruck video we see what happens when the Big Rig Semi Trucks
line up behind the Christmas Tree.

Precision Concrete Mulligan Sunday Luskville Dragway 2009
Our second race of 2009. The May 16-17 Precision Concrete Mulligan Sunday
at Luskville Dragway. Boy was it COLD. 46˚ was the high of the day and a
stiff wind made it seem even colder.
We found our ignition problem from two weeks ago and we're running on all
eight again. The car was hooking well. We had to adjust our wheelie bars to
keep the front end down after a wild ride in time trials. We made it to the
final eight in a good sized field of cars. We plan on hitting the track
again this coming weekend for a test and tune. Stay tuned for an update!
Apple Auto Glass Sunday Luskville Dragway 2009
It was the July Apple Auto Glass Sunday at Luskville Dragway. The weather
was perfect with temperatures in the mid 70's and humidity at about 45%.
The sky was clear for most of the day with a few clouds during
In the morning the car was inconsistent but it improved for eliminations.
Many of the Super Pro teams did find their cars slower than normal and
somewhat inconsistent. There was so much rain during the week that there
was a lot of standing water so that could have had an impact.
We had our best result ever as we made it to the semi-finals.
Young's Speed Shop Sunday Luskville Dragway 2009
Our third race of 2009. The May 31 Young' Speed Shop Sunday at Luskville
Dragway. It was cold again - only. 51˚.
We only made one pass as we were waiting for some cars to make some runs in
hopes of getting the track useable. We finally got out there and there was
a fair amount of tire spin - especially down track. About 12:30PM the
drizzle started and the race was called before eliminations started.
See you next week for the RANDY'S PERFORMANCE
BILL GAW MEMORIAL.
