Discussion about this Video:
I feel like I should have made this video a while ago but the opportunity
never came up. Since I had this RL in my shop that had a check engine
light AND an ABS light I thought it was a perfect opportunity to put this
video together. I get asked all the time about my 'special tool' and it's
really nothing more than a Honda 2 pin connector with the input wires
soldered together. These connectors might be harder to find than you think
but if you run across a junk honda and one of these is on the harness grab
it. Even if you don't have the tool a paper clip or piece of wire will do
the exact same thing so don't sweat it if you don't have the tool because
shorting the connector is all you need to do.
I hope you find this video helpful.

Redline Review: 2014 Honda Accord Coupe V6 6-speed
With nearly 280 horses bolted to a slick shifting 6-speed manual
transmission, the 2014 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L V6 is currently the best
performance vehicle available in the Honda line-up. Those of you seeking a
more comfortable alternative to a Ford Mustang or Genesis Coupe should look
no further, just be sure you don't need the rear-drive balance of its main
Limited-edition Honda Factory Performance package for the 2013 Honda Accord Coupe V6
The limited-edition Honda Factory Performance® (HFP®) package for the
Honda Accord Coupe V6 goes on sale today at select Honda dealers in the
United States. First shown at the 2012 SEMA Show in Las Vegas and recently
performance tested by Honda's North American racing company, Honda
Performance Development, Inc. (HPD), the HFP package adds significantly
enhanced vehicle dynamics and distinctive styling cues to the
already-sporty Accord Coupe.
To verify that the HFP package is more than just a pretty face, HPD, better
known for its pinnacle racing efforts, was enlisted to conduct back-to-back
track testing of the Accord Coupe V6 in stock and HFP forms. Their testing
revealed that both cars are able performers, but the Accord equipped with
the HFP package, utilizing a sport suspension package and 19-inch summer
tires, felt more confident and stable and is capable of going around the
track faster than the stock car.
"The new Accord Coupe V6 is already a natural on twisty roads, but the HFP
package really takes it to a new level," said Lee Niffenegger, program
senior engineer at Honda Performance Development. "With a lowered ride
height, sport suspension and more performance-oriented tires, the HFP kit
definitely provides more controlled body motions and enhanced stability."
The HFP package features 19-inch HFP alloy wheels; a decklid spoiler; HFP
sport suspension (lowers height by 15mm and enhances handling); HFP front,
side and rear underbody spoilers; red interior illumination; HFP floor mats
and HFP badges for each side and the trunk. The HFP package, like all Honda
Genuine Accessories, carries a 3-year/36,000-mile limited warranty when
installed at the time of new vehicle purchase, and is engineered to be
fully compatible with the vehicle. Enhancing its exclusive appeal, only 500
examples of this limited-edition HFP package will be sold for the 2013
Accord Coupe V6. The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the
package, not including installation, is $4,620.

2014 Honda Accord Coupe Test Drive Video Review
If you are an automotive enthusiast, you would probably agree that there
isn't anything too exciting happening with the Honda brand these days.
Honda is more about everyday driving and fuel economy but there is a
glimmer of excitement still left in the Line-up. The 2014 Honda Accord
Coupe V-6 with the manual gear box is surprisingly fun to drive.
Find Out More on the 2014 Honda Accord Coupe
Styling wise the Accord Coupe is one sharp car that does not go overboard.
Up front the Accord Coupe still carries the familiar Honda family design
but adds a bit more aggressive LED headlights. There is 18-inch rims
wrapped in 235-series tires at all four corners. The shoulderline runs from
the headlights up to the top of the taillights and gives the coupe come
character. Out back there is some chrome and a dual Exhaust for added flair. And with this red paint
the whole package works well without shouting in your face.
Most Honda Accord's will be paired with the 4-cylinder engine that makes
185 HP. The engine you want is the 3.5 liter V-6 that makes 278 horsepower and 252 lb-ft. of
torque making this one of the most entertaining front wheel drive cars on
the market. There is also a 6-speed manual transmission available.
On the inside you realize the Accord coupe has a better interior than the
Civic and it feels much more up-market. The materials are nice and the
integrated screen in the dash is great. Honda has always been great with
ergonomics and the Accord Coupe is very pleasant to drive and user
