To get your E55 AMG (2003-2006) to whine when the Supercharger is engaged, simply remove the black plastic cover that is attached to the hood underneath the hood vent grill. It's not SUPER loud, but much more audible than before! Here's a link to MBworld to show you were it is:

W211 E55 CUSTOM EXHAUST TAKE OFF
This is ONE Autosport's 2003 E55 AMG. The resonator was removed and a custom xpipe was put in place. Each muffler was opened and gutted of fiberglass packing, but all metal walls were retained. This is the end result. Beastly for sure! All done for about $300. Enjoy!
2003 E55 AMG DYNO (STOCK MOTOR) Valvoline Dyno Challenge Pleasanton Night Shift - The Earth Spinner
This is the epic Dyno video of The Godfather's 2003 E55 AMG. This was done September 20th, 2008 at Night Shift Pleasanton on the Valvoline Team Dyno-Go mobile Dynojet dynamometer. The car is on 19" Wheels (Work VS-XX) and did the Dyno pull in 3rd gear. Dyno mode was turned on and as a result ESP and ABS were shut off.
The result is nothing short of amazing thanks to the work of AMG and Mercedes-Benz: 410WHP and 449WTQ, which translates to 500HP and 550FT/TQ.
In short, this E55 spins the Earth backwards with each blip of the throttle, thus dubbed "The Earth Spinner."

Last friday I had the great opportunity to do a photo/videoshoot with this amazing Mercedes-Benz E 55 AMG. Unfortunately the owner didn't have much time and he didn't want his license plates to be visible. That is why I only have this short video, but still I think it's a nice one. After the little burnout the whole car smellt like burnt rubber and there was a nice burnout mark on the pavement! Haha.
