BDS's 2015 Chevy Colorado Offroad before SEMA
The engineers at BDS Suspension picked up one of the first 2015 Chevy
Colorado trucks available and set out to prototype a kit in time for the
2014 SEMA Show. In less than a month the Michigan-based team developed a
6'' lift system for the new platform and turned it in to a show truck with
custom wheels, tires, lights, and accessories before turning the keys over
to drive the truck out to SEMA for the ultimate "road" test for the new
suspension, loaded down with promotional products. Along the way the driver
stopped for photos through Colorado and shot this video near Moab, Utah.
Stay tuned for more info on this kit once it is released in Spring 2015 for
the 2015 Chevy Colorado and 2015 GMC Canyon platform. For more on this
project head to the BDS Blog at http://bds-suspension.com/blog/?p=8164

Colorado in a Mud Trench @ Mettowee Off-Road Extreme Park
I try to get through a mud trench at Mettowee Off-Road Extreme Park. I'm
glad I didn't make it through the last part. Looking at what happened to
the lifted F350 with 49" tires, I woulda buried my truck. Who thinks I'll
need a strap?

4x4 Diesel Chevy Colorado
I live and work overseas in Thailand. Here is a shot of my truck. It is a
2007 Chevy Colorado. It has a 3.0 liter 4 cylinder diesel. I changed the turbo to a Holset HX 32 and installed a
bigger Intercooler. It was Dynoed in Bangkok and it
had 283 rear wheel horse power and 411 ft/lbs of torque. This was with
275/45R20 tires. I just lifted it and put on 35" tires. I will be changing
the programmer to a stand alone unit to see if there is some more power in
there. There should be some updates in a couple months. Rainy season is
