Miracle ( not a nightmare) as been called by many . Hey he had minor
injuries and a hurt ego is a lesson well learned .On Wed. the 20th you will
get to see Don and here his story for the first time as he came down from
the hills he lives in and granted an interview plus the sequence rarely (if
ever) seen . Included here is the first of 3 runs and crash ( that being

Learned how to drive in this car! 1984 Monte Carlo SS. 350 HO GM
Performance crate engine, comp cam, Edlelbrock RPM intake manifold, 2.5" Exhaust, headers, B&M torque converter,
lowered, 17x8 torque thrust wheels, Baer brake track kit, Yukon 3.73 gears
and chromoly axle shafts, LSD diff, HD cross member and cut outs for true
dual Exhaust, too much to list. Sorry

This is my 74 Chevy Monte Carlo, 5.7l (350 cui) V8, 2 bbl., running on
stock manifolds, straight true dual Exhaust system, 2'' tubing, no cat, 2 x
Flowmaster Super 44 mufflers 2.25', 3.3'' tailpipes. Sounds better in real
than on video. Yes, there is a partial front end conversion (headlamps from
a 76-77 Monte Carlo).

Rebuilt 305 Small Block Chevy FOR SALE
I just rebuilt this 305ci Small Block Chevy out of a 1984 chevy 1/2 ton
pickup truck. This motor is for sale I am asking $750. Price is negotiable.
The engine was completely disassembled and all parts where cleaned. I
replaced the rear main seals, main bearings, rod bearings, oil pan gasket,
piston rings, timing set, head gaskets, valve stem seals, valve cover
gasket, carburetor, Exhaust manifolds
(with headers), intake manifold, water pump, fuel pump, thermostat, and a
couple of other things but thats most of the major stuff. THE ENGINE TEST
STAND AND RADIATOR DO NOT COME WITH THE ENGINE. I am only selling the
engine with carb, headers, and starter, and so on. Call McKinley

1988 Monte Carlo SS, 57K, Lt1 engine, T-tops, 350, Super Sport
FOR SALE OR TRADE, NO JUNK
1988 Monte Carlo - Super Sport. 57,000 original miles, clean title. The
interior is in excellent shape for the year. No damage on the seats or
anything. A TRUE SURVIVOR. Fully loaded, never smoked in, the ashtray is
mint. Original Tape Player, everything works great. Power everything and it
all works great. No A/C though because of the Engine Conversion. It has
T-tops, very rare option for 1988 since they only came equipped in 5% of
the cars. Body and under body are rust free, car is and has always been
undercoated. I have a brand new alarm system for the car, and remote
starter setup. It sits up nice and is very stiff, no play at all. It is a
low mileage car and you can tell by driving it. May be interested in
trading for another vehicle.
Engine and Trans -
The engine is out of a 1997 Pontiac Trans Am WS-6. It has been completely
rebuilt and re-gasket-ed last year. I have put 9,000 miles on the new
engine with zero issues. They replaced the original CAST heads with
Aluminum Corvette Heads off a 1996 Corvette Grand Sport., they were also
Ported and Polished. Mid sized CAM for emission purposes. 373 Posi, and
Automatic WS-6 trans, 3 speed with Overdrive. All the relays, wiring, and
computer components have been installed onto the Monte's Shell. It is very
organized and detailed under the hood. New rod bearings, high pressure oil
pump, valves, push rods, lifters, etc. The car runs great and Passes
Emissions (E-check) in Cleveland,i have the papers. So it can be plated the
day you buy it, not like most i see on Craigslist. People freak out when
they see me open this hood, you just do not expect such a Awesome Engine.
It has the stock Super Sport Exhaust
setup so it is pretty quiet, Ultimate Sleeper Car. It pulls very hard at
any speed, very quick. The LT-1 Dyno's at 323 Hp, not like the
stock 180 hp 305 it came with. I have over $9,000.00 invested into this SS.
Dreams are not cheap, Trust me!!! These LT-1 swaps are impossible to get a
hold of, especially installed into a last year, low mileage, T-top Super
Sport. When is the last time you seen one???? probably will never see one
again so Act Now BEFORE IT IS GONE???? Lol. $6,500.00 FIRM. You cannot
build or buy one Cheaper!!! I have seen a lot of interest in this car, now
show me the money!!!
The re-paint is starting to show its age, but the body is rust and dent
free. Paint is still very nice though just not perfect. The Exhaust has a very minor leak. Other than that
you will love this car.
