A very rare sight on the road, Nick's Lambo Jalpa is a little different from most in that the factory 3.5L V8 has been put aside in favour of a stock standard GM 346ci LS1 engine. Mated to a Toyota MR2 trans-axle gearbox, the best time for the night was 11.8 at 124mph.

Classics Revealed: The 1984 Aston Martin Lagonda rides again
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The 1984 Aston Martin Lagonda is the car that
helped save the company. As the story goes potential customers had to put
down a $10,000 deposit to order the car this funding the company at a time
when it was close to bankruptcy. The Lagonda is also a very rare car. Just
under 650 were built from 1976 to 1990 and many of those ended up in the
Middle East. Only 100 cars were imported into the United States and this
one is a rare survivor. Check it out as we take it for a spin in another
Classics Revealed video review.

wheel. The Jalpa as the V8 cousin to the Countach (V12). A similar Jalpa
was used in Rocky IV by Stallone who had the appropriate Pennsylvania
plates which read "SOTHPAW".
Lamborghini Jalpa - Great Sound!!
Chris Ashworth records a rare 1985 Lamborghini Jalpa with a rear wing. This
car has a 3.5 liter V-8 engine that sounds great. Just over 400 of these
were produced, and it was eventually replaced by the Gallardo.

Classics Revealed: Is the Lamborghini Countach too cool & crazy for the road?
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The 1988 Lamborghini Countach is perhaps one of
the most iconic Italian sports cars ever built. Ferraris may come and go
but you'll never forget seeing your first Lamborghini Countach in the wild.
Perhaps part of the cars classic appeal is that it defines over the top
crazy Italian super car. Marcello Gandini of Bertone, who styled the
Lamborghini Countach, was a young and somewhat inexperienced designer who
didn't know (or perhaps care) that a car has to also be practical to drive.
Instead, he penned a super car that embodies the most radical design
elements of the time including scissor doors and massive air scoops to cool
the Lamborghini Countach giant V12 engine.
