Pro Mod Crash NHRA: Rickie Smith/Pete Farber
Rickie Smith gets loose at the finish line and has awful looking crash with Pete Farber during the second round of Pro Modified qualifying during the NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals. While Pete was able to walk away without injury, Rickie wasn't as lucky as he suffered a broken knee cap in the accident.

Pro Mod Crash NHRA: Roger Burgess
Roger Burgess takes a nasty spill during the first round of Pro Modifed at the 2011 Thunder Valley Nationals. Thankfully, he got out of the car under his own power but was pretty sore from what I was told. This was the second wild ride of the weekend for Roger. In qualifying, the car made a similar move at the same point on the track but he was able to keep it off the wall.

DtRockstar1 records a heart pounding jet dragster that reaches a speed of 296 miles per hour, or 476 kilometers per hour! The flames coming out the back were absolutely spectacular. Drag Racing 2009 - Pro Mod Qualy #3 - NitrOlympX Hockenheim
3rd qualifying session for the Pro Mods. Please have a close look at the first run. This car was just a buckin' bronco as it did everything but not run straight. Rolf Vogel had to backpedal it serveral times resulting in an absolute special treat regarding the noise of its V8 machine. In case you listen very carefully, you also might hear the echo coming back from the Hockenheim Motodrom.
