We set out today first pass of the season from a long and cold winter. Last
year the car ended the year on a 10.73@137 on a stock cylinder head. With
more power and a cylinder head from DCR first pass off the street

this video is a how-to video demonstrating how to do the spring mod. this
mod is commonly done to srt-4 's but can also be done to any turbo car with an external wastegate. i know this
mod is ghetto and the alternative would be an adjustable wga.. but
nonetheless this mod does the same job as an aftermarket wga; raise Boost. comment any questions or concerns you

This was the pass when it smoked the tires out in firstand Darrell lifted
throttle twice thru second and held it down thru 3rd! It felt real good up
top! The look on the others guys face at the timeslip booth was priceless.

after personally driving 170 miles from DCR in VA to Goldsboro, NC to
deliver my DCR Resurrected Beast. Darrell Cox and his Wife Jennifer by far

715 wheel horsepower at only 36-37psi
thru a auto trans and on street tires! This is mega power thru a auto. We
turned the Boost up further after
many 700+ Dyno runs
and started to slip the tires on the drum...so more power is was made but
the street tires could not tame this beast on the Dyno! We were simply using Dyno to tune new turbo and injectorsand were not going for any
big numbers at all. Last years (old setup) Borg Warner S368 turbo went 10.15 et & 149 mph at Mid Michigan
Motorplex (Stanton MI). This new set up (Precision 6768) and the power its
making will put this well into the 9s and 150++mph. Full Street All DCR
