07 Yamaha R1 Quickshifter Demonstration
I just installed a Superbike Unlimited reflashed ECU with quickshifter now enabled on the factory ECU, coupled with a Dano's performance pull-type normally open quickshift sensor. First ride was a totally different beast. Thought I'd share.
2009 Yamaha R6 - How To Mod To GP Shifting
Quickie vid. Every body likes a quickie once in a while ;) Quick little vid showing how simple it is to mod Lad L's sexy 2009 Yamaha R6 from standard shifting to Moto GP shifting, also know as reverse shifting. Oh you thought Quickie Quickie........., LOL!!! A couple of things...only use a tiny bit of "blue" loctite on the shifter lever bolt. Even though the lever is at an angle that does not hit the frame you still may have to position it one or two tooths up or down for it to shift correctly. A slow speed road test is highly recommended before you consider the mod complete. Hope this helps R6 ownres and possible may help with other models or years of bikes. Thanks for watching. Speed safe .
