Featured on the cover of 2 national magazines, this is a multi-award winning, beautifully restored 1954 Chevy Bel Air 2 door hardtop. It has won 46 trophies and awards in 6 years.
This beautiful dark garnet and ivory exterior w/continental kit Bel Air is powered by a 235 c.i. 115 hp "Blue Flame" 6-cylinder engine—the original engine has been painted and still holds 140 psi in each cylinder. It has a 3 speed on the column, a 3:55 Powerglide rear end, a 6 volt electrical system and the original transmission has been rebuilt. Some features include: vacuum wipers, new burgundy tuck and roll velour and white leatherette interior (same pattern as stock but with new materials), new carpet and seat belts to match, dual Exhaust with Smithy mufflers and "Bow Tie" Exhaust tip extensions split under the car. This beauty also has nice sound and everything works including the tube type radio that has been rebuilt and a wind up clock that has also been rebuilt and yes, ALL the gauges work. The interior has some extras including tissue dispenser, seat belts and traffic light viewer. There are new "Coker" bias ply wide white tires (correct width of whitewall), fender skirts with bloomers and curb feelers on the right side. To say they are only this nice once is an understatement. There is also a complete appraisal available to a serious buyer.
Appraised at $34,500.00 every attention to detail has been implemented and this car is as close to how it came off the production line in 1954 as it can be.
