Black Jeep Rubicon off road. Area BFE Moab Easter Jeep Safari Black Jeep JK and Jeep TJ run.
Green Day 4x4 Trail. Part of area BFE. Our small group of two Black Rubicons and a black TJ had a fun day. First watched the JK experience Jeeps take on helldorado, then we went and ran Green Day. The larger JK was sporting a new Teraflex 6 inch LCG, 38x14.5 MTR, poison spyder rock sliders and fenders. Poison spyder front bumper. Had a great time, broke in a new rig.

Mamita 1st TEST - Jeep CJ 44" TSL Boggers - CLUB 4x4 PANAMA
MAMITA, some specs are: 4.56:1 R&P's, a Low 5.0:1 ATLAS II Transfer Case and a GM SM465 transmission(1st gear is 6.55:1), the Crawl ratio is an amazing 135:1 too much for mud... the engine is a stock Chevy 350ci with Jacobs ignition and a Holley Truck avenger carb.

Sliplock gulch trail, a collection of obstacles run just after Winter on the rocks near St. George Utah. Trail was wet, muddy and the obstacles more difficult with the overlying moisture and sandy layers. Ford Broncos were sweet, deep throaty sound, very capable offroad

Went out to Wharton State Park for a little fun but turned out to be a disaster. After a snapped winch cable and being stuck for 2 1/2 hours we finally got out and called it a day.
Jeep Rubicon and Toyota FJ Cruiser Off-Road in Hawaii
We witnessed first hand the capabilities of both vehicles on the trails. I'm personally a Toyota guy, having owned several Toyota 4x4s, an FJ and now a Tacoma. They aren't evenly matched because the Jeeps articulation and flexibility with the solid front axle, shorter wheel base and being lighter weight. Driver experience, error and patience were also contributing factors in how each vehicle performed.
We didn't create this video to make one seam better than the other. Ohana Trails is a Jeep Club here that we were filming and by chance, a group of FJ Cruiser owners were convoying with them. Unfortunately, we had more video of the Jeeps over the FJ's.
All in all it was an epic day up in the mountains at Peacock Flats on Oahu looking over the North Pacific.
