1940 Mercury Eight Convertible Flathead V8 Classic Car
1940 Mercury Eight Convertible for sale! This is one rare Mercury - there were only 978 produced and believed to be only a small number of those left. This particular car has been in the same family since 1969 and was rumored to be formerly owned by Marilyn Monroe! It is covered in an older blue coat of paint with a red vinyl interior. It is powered by an original style flathead V8 engine, and it still has the numbers matching 3 speed manual transmission under the car. Recently it has had new brakes, a new fuel pump, a rebuilt carburetor, and new spark plug wires installed. Options include a manual convertible top with removable B-pillars for a clean top down look, vinyl interior, hub caps, and Firestone wide white wall bias ply tires. These Mercury's are extremely rare and hard to find, and they will only get harder to find as time goes on! Thanks for watching! Test Drive 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona 440 V8
It's not often that we get to look at a car like this one. It's an original 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona. This beast is one of only 503 Daytona's built and it's in truly immaculate condition. It's still powered by the original 440 V8 4 BBL, factory rated at 375 HP and 480 Lb-Ft of torque. This is one of the famous winged cars, that forced rule changes in Nascar after breaking all the speed records at the time. It's painted in the correct T5 Copper paint and it's riding on a beautiful set of Magnum 500 chrome rims, with white letter tires. This is definitely one of the most collectible Mopar's of all time and one of the most sought after muscle cars of any type. I hope you find it interesting, thanks for taking a look! Test Driving 1967 Corvette 427 Big-Block 3x2 Carbs 435 Horsepower
Be sure to check us out on Facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/RamblinAroundTV I thought you'd like a look at this nicely restored 1967 Chevrolet Corvette, powered by the 435 horsepower 427 Big-block Tri-Power V8 with high-compression and a solid lifter cam. All that power is funneled through a Muncie Four-speed manual trans back to a posi rear. This thing sounds mean and has the performance to back it up. The sound coming out of those side pipes is unbelievable. I hope you find it interesting...thanks for watching! Dad's 1927 Ford T Roadster Pickup all steel Track Roadster Carson Top FOR SALE NOW!
Dad built the car. Scratch build using a few parts that had been on a Bonneville Lakester. Frame was scratch built, body lengthened, bell pan pieces hand fitted. All from sheet steel. Chevy small block, 700R4 Heater and Air Conditioning. Dad built the Carson top just like he did back in the late 40's-early 50's. dad stretched the all steel body and doors, used the shortened '32 grill shell. The 350 Chevy engine and front end was in the Lakester. The car was built with one of his cars in mind that he built back when he was racing and building track roadsters and sprint cars back in the day. Showed it at the Sacramento Autorama 2013 and took first in class. Dad says he is ready to sell the roadster pickup. He has been working on the next roadster. It is a 27 T track roadster style with a 4 cylinder overhead cam engine, midget nose, belly pan, dual Webbers withthe 4-intakes out the side of the hood. on the other side is the Exhaust header and pipe down the side like the old style roadster of the day.
