This is my new line of products, a promotion test for our 90mm throttle body tested on a Street port 13B FD rotary engine using a stock FD intake manifold.Our throttle bodies are fully CNC machine with exact specs MADE IN THE USA to bolt on to stock FD or Cosmo intake manifolds using stock throttle cable,TPS sensor and FD Elbow.

Rotary 20B turbo RX7 - Dyno & track
Built as an all-round event's car, Charles' Mazda RX-7 has undergone serious chassis and engine changes including a Promaz Automotive bridge-port 20B rotary engine. Boost comes from a Garrett turbocharger while the engine runs on methanol fuel controlled by a MicroTech LT16 computer and LTC dash logger. Backed by a Jerico 5-speed dogbox, the clutch was suffering on the Dyno as the Promaz team got the car ready for Performance Car Mania. Rotary-Works Billet FD throttle body test street stock 93 Mazda Rx7 twin turbo
Here is a test of the latest Billet 90mm throttle body design by Rotary-Works.This test is on a BONE STOCK Mazda Rx7 Twin turbo with factory smog,A/C,Air intake and Down pipe with pre cat ,main cat. Idle'sis like stock,runs like a normal Rx7 without any notice of bogging plus way better in mid Range to full power compared to stock Throttle body.At our shop we Dyno the stock Throttle body VS Billet Throttle body and gain about 10RWHP throughout mid powerband .Note this engine has around 100K stock factory and no mods to ECU or any modification done to the engine.

Never before seen footage showing the assembly/start-up of our custom 4-rotor. It is the first 4-rotor since the 787b to use triple spark plugs per rotor. It is also the first since the 787 to feature telescoping intake manifold. Custom made slide throttle body system. A world first however is the use of a center main bearing and 4-piece eccentric shaft. Quick specs- 9.7:1 rotors, lightened and race clearanced.
