2002 Ford Ranger Edge Maintenance Part #2
In this video Rob changes the rear axle housing gasket and cover (the rear Axle housing is also known sometimes as a "Pumpkin",
Don't ask me why but it is).
It's finally fixed as we discover the reason for the axle seals and the gaskets keep leaking.
Rob had his suspicions on the axle vent being plugged awhile
back, but thought that maybe the gasket just didn't seal before.

Centerlink rocking under load
Frame rotation as suspension compress
Coil bucket flex under compression
Sorry about the mount noise, and the the super noisy radius arm poly-bushing (it is shot). Just turn the volume down...

- This is a vid I made of my '99 Ford Ranger 3.0L V6. It has 18x9 inch boss wheels, side exit cherry bomb exhuast, a cold air intake, altezza taillights, clear corners w/strobes, projector headlights w/halos, an oogah horn, a dual trumpet air horn, and a car alarm. Short Summit Racing glasspack, 2.25" to 2.5" adapter, 2.25" in/out 18" long total, case is 12", glasspack, 2.5" turndown tip. All 3 Cats still in place untouched

Put Sea Foam in the engine oil,gas tank,and into the engine intake manifold threw the brake Booster vacuum hose.
'98 Ford Ranger 3.0 V6 Straight-Piped Exhaust
This is my 1998 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4. It has a 3.0L V6 Engine. It has semi-straight-piped Exhaust. No muffler but both cats are still there..I think it sounds like a V8 but yall lemme know know what you think.
