1st V6 2nd Gen Eclipse 6G73 Mitsubishi DSM 420 vs Dodge

A short video on the first recorded 6g73 (2.5) swap in a 2nd generation Mitsubishi Eclipse. The swap is a stock fitment, no fab needed but I did some mods (govs+limiters reset, port +polish, high stall speed with kev clutches and welded dif, upgraded sol pack, autostick with paddle shifters, one-piece 3" down-pipe, no Cats, no AC, etc... all new suspension..

Evo Brake Swap on a DSM
This is a "how to" for the Evo brake swap onto a second generation turbo DSM. It can be completed on a GST as well as a GSX, but the difference between the GST and GSX, while small, can cause the swap to go differently. That includes the Brake Fluid Reservoir, brake line differences, and other things I might not have knowledge of. Please view DSMtuners.com and search the forums for "Evo Brake Swap Checklist" by Atuca for more information. Asking questions about the swap will not be answered by me here on youtube if they have been answered there. The swap was completed on my car, by me, and the knowledge here is of the best of my ability. I have double and tripple checked the information here for integrity, but I can't promise anything.

2g GSX How-To: Attempting turbo swap with WTF ending
Okay. Now I've seen it all. There's an old adage that states "if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself". Well, this video both confirms and debunks that theory. A lot of that depends on each person's definition of "done right". You can't do things by-the-book with aftermarket hardware. Sheldon bought this car with a pretty full mod list and it ran great at the time, but by the time we got it to the track, we couldn't beat a 16-second pass. Despite the laundry list of troubleshooting we both attempted to do through tuning and testing, we couldn't determine why it was around 4 seconds slower than it should be running. I started having doubts that a "ported T-28" was what was on the car, and there's no easy way to tell them apart without removing it so we opted to install a 14b... since plenty of people easily run 13's with them. Stick around for the plot twist.

1999 Eclipse 420A/RB26 swap?
Case and Point...lol I had A new Idea...I'll turn it into a supercar. I'll just use a trans axle and put the engine in the back. Theres plenty of room there and then I can be the asshole with a RWD eclipse.

BHM - Project "BlackHeart"
Originally this project began in 2009 and was abandoned before its completion at the end of 2011. The vehicle went through an extensive, and thorough building process during that time. In 2010 we performed the first 3.8L 6G75 swap in the 8th Generation Galant which paved the way for many others to follow.
