Meguiars Ultimate Quik Wax in use.

This is meguiars Ultimate quik wax, just an amazing product. I have started to use it every time I wash my car, it's just a great way to quickly wax your car. The paint gets a deeper and glossier shine and it really does everything it says on the bottle. You can do a whole car easily and quickly and it won't run out fast!

Meguiar's Ultimate Quik Wax - Water Test
This is a water repellency test of Meguiar's Ultimate Quik Wax. The spray wax was applied over the entire panel after completely stripping down any previous wax/sealant products. This is a synthetic polymer based spray wax, I allowed it to cure for a period of two days before performing this water test. The car has been garaged the entire time and has not been driven. As you will see in the video, Ultimate Quik Wax is extremely hydrophobic, and after a few minutes of wetting with my water the surface tension of the spray wax begins to change, which is what I saw from their Ultimate Paste Wax. This does not mean that the level of protection is being diminished, I'm reserving making that judgement call until I become more educated on the properties of surface tension generated by waxes or sealants. I'm going to test to see if the surface tension resets after drying the panel and waiting another day before wetting again. Again, this is an observational based water test. That being said, I enjoy using Meguiar's Ultimate Quik Wax and I do recommend it. Easy to use, and the initial hydrophobic behavior is exceptional. It will hide minor swirls, the panels feel very slick after applying, and yes, the smell is quite good. Polished Bliss: Meguiar's Hyper Wash Demo Video
For the benefit of anyone with hearing difficulties, here is the audio transcript in full; if there is anything else we can do to make our videos more accessible, please don't hesitate to let us know... "Hello, this is Rich at Polished Bliss, and in this video I'm going to tell you a little bit about Meguiar's Hyper Wash, and in particular why it's a great product to incorporate into your regular pre-wash rinsing routine. Hyper Wash is a pre-wash snow foam suitable for use in any foam gun or foam lance system. Like other pre-wash foaming agents, it is designed to cling to exterior automotive surfaces and loosen fresh dirt and grime, making your pre-wash rinse more effective and leaving treated surfaces cleaner and ready for a low risk hand wash. Unlike many rival products, Hyper Wash does all of this without stripping existing paint protection, and without harming the environment either, thanks to its biodegradable formula. However, the real benefit Hyper Wash offers is value for money. Its highly economical dilution rate means that as little as 100 ml is required to make up a litre of ready to use foam, which is more than enough to treat the average sized car. Therefore, in comparison to ready-mixed pre-wash grime removers, Hyper Wash offers nearly forty times as many treatments for just four times the price or less. Given these impressive cost-benefit figures, you may be asking why would anyone ever buy a pre-wash grime remover instead? The answer lies in cleaning power. While Hyper Wash offers unbeatable value for money, it is only capable of removing fresh dirt and grime. This makes it ideal for enthusiasts who wash their cars on a weekly basis, but less useful for those who wash their cars once or twice a month, or less. In these latter cases, where dirt and grime goes through more wetting and drying cycles and becomes more firmly bonded, the extra cleaning power afforded by a ready-mixed pre-wash grime remover will often be needed to gain the same result. In summary, we rate Hyper Wash very highly. It loosens far more fresh dirt and grime than rinsing alone and offers tremendous value for money compared to ready-mixed pre-wash grime removers, particularly given that it can be used as a shampoo too. Providing that you wash your car regularly, it's an ideal product to incorporate into your pre-wash rinsing routine. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch using the details provided on the contact us page of our website." Meguiar's Ultimate Quik Wax & Ultimate Quik Detailer
This is a basic overview and water repellency test for both Meguiar's Ultimate Quik Wax and Ultimate Quik Detailer. The hood was prepped using M205, followed by an IPA wipedown prior to application. On the left side hood facing the car I applied Ultimate Quik Detailer(UQD), the right side hood has Ultimate Quik Wax(UQW). This is a water test after a 24 hour period of waiting. These products are very versatile and I enjoy using them. You can use both as a drying aid, mist onto the paint after a wash and rinse in order to help get water off and retain it into your drying towel more effectively. UQD is the type of product I would recommend if you determine that the car is not quite dirty enough for a full wash, but you want to give it a nice wipedown or dusting off, use it like this at your discretion. I would also recommend UQD for emergency bird bomb removal which in some cases can cause almost immediate etching if in a hot environment, UQD should get the job done safely. And UQW I would recommend for that Booster wax after washes when the car is fully washed and dried off. Take note in the video, I make a comment about UQW being more durable than UQD, I actually have not tested this and can only assume this based on the way Meguiar's markets these two products. Also, these are extremely easy to work with. They are both spray on wipe down products, they don't take any time to work into the paint, they flash quickly and you're then ready to move onto the next spot without worrying about smearing. It does not take much to get the job done, I usually use one or two sprays to do half a hood on a car like this, you do not have to over apply them for them to be effective. They also smell great, which is always a plus for me.

How to Apply Meguiar's Ultimate Quik Wax (UQW- not UQD) to your vehicle! By Mark Kleis
This is a very straight forward video that covers the basics of applying Meguiar's Ultimate Quik Wax to your car. This is a new product that will blow your mind- it is far and away superior to any "spray wax" you have experienced before, including NXT Spray Wax. It goes on with ease, and leaves long lasting (I have gotten at least a month, video verified) of considerable beading and sheeting from a single application.

How to Wax Your Car in 15 Minutes or Less
There is no substitute for the gloss and protection that liquid and paste waxes offer; however, if you want to quickly wax your car without using these traditional products, or simply enhance your already waxed vehicle, Meguiar's® offers a great alternative: Ultimate Quik Wax. This spray wax is fast, easy to use, creates incredible water beading and can even be applied in the sun. LIKE Meguiar's on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/MeguiarsUSA

Meguiars Ultimate Quik Wax
this short vid of mine is not for commercial usage, nor for any sales or marketing... its merely for enthusiast (like i used to be) who do not have time for their rides due to work, family matters, etc. This car was prep up by using Meguiars Professional Detailing Clay a month ago, followed by polishing using Meguiars Mirror Glazed : Machine Glaze No.3, Meguiars Mirror Glazed: Show Car Glazed No.7 and Meguiars NXT2 Liquid Wax. Left it to bake under the hot sun for a couple of hours, and washed it clean, and applied Meguiars Ultimate Quik Wax (yes, this is the one for a lazy like myself) and the outcome of close to a month of rain or shine in this vid. Please bear in mind that I live in a tropical rainy and hot humid country, and I've washed this car every alternate 2-3 days with Meguiars Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner . The vid clearly shows that the Quik Wax still last, only not as great as the day you've applied on it. I have no complains so far for this product, as I've got minimal rain water stains on it when its parked under the sun after a rain session, and it enhances your colour and also keeps the car fairly clean, smooth & smelling great with its scent! My god brother, Mr. Woon, who is well known among his peeps for his obsession for cleanliness and shine, waxes his ride almost every other day and a twice daily wash to keep all his rides in "Auto Salon" condition.... Will try to put on a vid to share with you, the difference between my 'lazy' car detailing person and a fanatic like Mr. Woon.
