SUPERCHARGED - Honda Integra DC5
Mase has a reputation amongst the Honda tuning community for making magic happen with kseries engines.
When I heard that he was over in the UK tuning at Surrey Rolling Road I decided to tag along and see what all the fuss was about. I met up with Stoo from the itr-dc5 owners club. Stoo has recently supercharged his DC5 and was getting Mase to remap the ecu to suit the new modifications.

The base figure at the beginning of the day was 215whp and at the end of the day the car left with a very healthy 284whp.
Next on the list was a road test then the all important passenger ride... All I can say is wow!

JRSC ITR Build Up - Chapter 1
This clip shows the progression of my JRSC supercharged B18c-R DC2 Honda from it's humble beginnings as a turquoise Vti-R to how it look today.
This movie has a bit of a sad ending. Bye bye B18c-R.
Thats ok though, chapter 2 shows the re-power with a JE/Eagle forged B18c and a bit more Boost + methanol :)

Supercharged Acura Integra Procharger pulls 320 WHP on dyno
PLEASE SEE RELATED VIDEO (response to this one). Integra GSR pulls 320 WHP at 8500 RPM on Dynojet with a Procharger Boosting only 8 psi with a catalytic converter! JRSC ITR Build up - Chapter 2 - The rebuild
This clip shows the rebuild I did on my supercharged DC2 SiR after I blew it up at the drags holding a burnout for a bit longer than I should have.
Now it's stronger than ever with a forged B18c with Eagle rods and JE pistons.
I have added a methanol kit to drop the intake temps but I am yet to Dyno the car with the finalised meth system.
The first attempt is documented in this video but it was unsuccessful due to a poor decision on injector placement.

Quick spin in the supercharged DC2
This is my DC2 integra running a jackson racing Supercharger on approx 12psi max Boost.
10:1 compression B18c-R with stock ITR cams, CP pistons and eagle rods.
It has a 275cc meth injection nozzle pre-charger to cool the charger and keep IAT values down.
The blue light on top of the steering column indicates when the meth is being used, it's controlled by an S300 Hondata ECU.
It was 215hp at the wheels without the meth, havn't had it tuned to make use of the meth yet.
Allthough its not a very impressive peak power figure the thing is a hoot to drive, so much pull down low. Vtec now comes in at 3000rpm and it's rare to bother taking it over 6000rpm as it's already making tonnes of torque by then anyway.
It sort of feels like a 3.5 vtec V6 out of an accord or something but without the extra weight. It does not feel at all like a turbo car does because the power delivery is so flat.
