Complete engine and transmission overhaul of a 1994 Toyota Camry. This video shows rebuilding/re-assembly of the Engine (#2 of 3).
This car had 341,000+ Miles at the time of overhaul in October/November of 2011. I have owned the car for 17 years and it had 16K miles when I bought it. We took the car to Alaska from Arkansas in June 2011 (before the breakdown) = 10,000+ mile round trip.
This car suffered from a broken counter-driven shaft and gear in the transmission. These are probably two of the most difficult parts to get to on the entire car as the engine and transmission must be removed and then the shaft and gear are pretty much the last parts to be removed from the transmission during normal disassembly acording to the Toyota factory service manual.

420 whp mr2 turbo
my 420+ rear wheel hp MR2 turbo. I've spent more than 6 years and perhaps as much as a thousand hours building this car and it's engine. There's been several engine builds and various EMS setups. Lots of trial and error before arriving at this final end result. Not to mention the exteriour of the car itself. Styling, rims, interiour etc.

Engine rebuild part 1
We are rebuilding a GM 350 5.7 engine. Now in this particular case we are also going to upgrade the engine to a 383 6.0 This is called building a "stroker" motor. In other words we are increasing the "stroke" of the engine which increased the torq & horsepower.
If you are able & wanting to rebuild an engine, this video should give you a good overview of what to do. If you are having someone else build an engine for you, you will be able to see what's involved in the process
