Ford Capri fully rebuilt ca18det first drive
First drive after rebuilding the engine and it was a success! The manifold or a turbo gasket is blowing slightly which is the tick you hear and my Exhaust is touching the floor on several occasions as I haven't finished the bracketery or final angle of the tailpipe. Not run in yet, literally the first drive so revs stay below 3000 rpm and no engine loading. Yeah baby!

Capri MK3 24v Cosworth - Run2

First time start up in over 2 years. Last run was in 2002 at Avon park raceway with a 11.3 at 123mph. but in process of making it street legal again. Vehicle was Dyno at 320bhp without nos, but has had a extra 100bhp to run a 11.3. as got jets for 200bhp but never at the chance. Engine has run down into the low 10s in a another vehicle, but since then it's been upgraded and rebuilt.
