Ford did a great job with this 2011 V6 Mustang. Not only does the car live
up to the 305 horsepower rating, when we
tested it out on our in-house Dynojet 224xLC, it responded
very well to aftermarket modifications like the Airaid Cold Air Intake and
Bama Performance Custom Tunes. We picked up as much as 22HP and 30TQ
throughout the curve. Then, we headed to the track to see what the 1/4 mile
results were. Stock, we laid down a 14.1 second pass, but with the cold air
intake and Bama tunes, we were able to knock off over a half second,
bringing our 1/4 mile ET down to 13.6! All of this with the stock 2.73
gear ratio, stock Automatic transmission and stock 17" all-season tires!
The car also looked much better than stock after we added a set of our
Pre-Painted Eleanor Louvers for the 1/4 windows as well as Side Scoops and
Mirror Covers - all in Race Red!

2011 Mustang 3.7L V6 C&L CAI, Roush Axel-Back Exhaust, Bama Tuned
Just installed the C&L Cold Air Intake, Roush Axel-Back Exhaust, and the Bama 93 Custom Tune. Love the
sound of the new Exhaust even though
it is kind of loud and I can definitely feel the difference with the CAI
and the tune. Feels like a different car. I bested a 13.75 in the quarter
when I was stock so I look forward to seeing what I get with these
upgrades. I will be posting that vid up as soon as I get a chance to run it
at the quarter.
3.7L Mustang Beats 5.0L Mustang at the Drag Strip
Supercharged 2011 3.7L V6 Mustang versus 2011 5.0 CS Mustang. Before you start the flame
wars know that the 3.7L Mustang has about 80-90 more RWHP
than the 5.0. The 5.0 Had some Exhaust
mods. Also please stop with the 5.0 needs a driver mod. Until you post your
stock 5.0 drag video keep it to yourself. Troll Comments will be deleted!
The 3.7L Motor is a true marvel. Performing similar to the 4.6 Motor. Some
people want to test its potential versus buying a 5.0. This also marks the
first 3.7L Mustang to hit
12's. This world title makes it worth not having the v8 sound. More info at
